The long wait is finally over as the 2015 NBA Finals have finally arrived!

The Cleveland Cavaliers will invade Golden State this evening to battle Stephen Curry and the Warriors in Game 1.

Both teams enter the NBA Finals well-rested, this after making quick work of their respective conference finals opponents.

Golden State is led by league MVP Stephen Curry, who has been instrumental in helping the Warriors make the Finals for the first time since 1975.

The Warriors have also relied on the play of shooting guard Klay Thompson, who returns to action tonight, this after suffering a concussion in game 5 versus the Rockets.

Golden State is already known as one of the league’s loudest buildings, and the Oracle Arena should hit a new level of frenzy at tip-off this evening.

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Cavaliers are led by former NBA MVP Lebron James. “The King” has been dominant throughout this year’s playoffs and will look to continue his elite play tonight in Golden State.

The Cavs will be without star power forward Kevin Love, who suffered a season ending shoulder injury earlier this playoffs.

Cleveland point guard Kyrie Irving will play tonight against the Warriors, but has been ailing all playoffs with an undisclosed injury.

Golden State went an incredible 39-2 at home this season, and have gone 7-1 thus far at home this post season.

Game 1 takes place tonight at 9pm live from the Oracle Arena in Golden State.

Will Stephen Curry and the Warriors be able to send Lebron James to his second straight loss in the championship round?
