The Golden State Warriors are having a historic NBA Playoffs.

The California-based franchise became the first team in NBA history to sweep their way to an NBA Finals birth going a perfect 12-0.

The Warriors most recently disposed of the San Antonio Spurs, this after eliminating the Utah Jazz and Portland Trail Blazers respectively.

Golden State’s star guard Stephen Curry has had an interesting post-season. The three-point machine seems willing to play any role needed in order for his team to emerge victorious this playoffs.

Curry has played five games this post-season in which he has scored 23 points or fewer.

With that said, Curry has had a ton of options to work with offensively, including power forward Kevin Durant.

As for Cleveland, the Cavaliers have also put together an incredible playoff run.

The Cavs swept both the Indian Pacers and Toronto Raptors to begin their post-season.

The squad, led by LeBron James, then defeated the Boston Celtics in five games to capture the Eastern Conference title.

“King” James and Cleveland’s star guard Kyrie Irving will have to perform at their very best in order to repeat as NBA Champions when they square off with Golden State in this years finals.

Who do you think will win this year’s NBA Finals rematch?

LeBron James put on a stellar performance in game 1 against the Toronto Raptors, leading his Cleveland Cavaliers to a 116-105 victory.

“King James” finished the game with 35 points, 4 assists and 10 rebounds, and was clearly the best player on the floor for either team.

The Raptors had no answer for James, who made over fifty percent of his shot attempts including two clutch three pointers.

LeBron took things to another level when he took a beer from a fan on the sidelines and pretended to drink it while still on the court.

Game two of the series takes place tomorrow night in Cleveland.

If Toronto is to have any hope of upsetting the defending NBA Champions, they will have to find a way of shutting down LeBron James.

The Cleveland Cavaliers (47-26) no longer sit a top the NBA’s Eastern Conference standings.

The defending NBA champions have lost two games in a row and have gone a mere 5-5 over their past 10 games.

Most recently, the Cavs were dismantled by the San Antonio Spurs 103-74 on Monday evening.

“The way we have been struggling, they’re (The Spurs) the last team you want to play.” Stated Lebron James after the humiliating loss.

With the letdown loss, Cleveland dropped a half-game behind the now East leading Boston Celtics.

Cleveland has been marred by injuries in recent months, with stars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love spending the majority of their time healing on the bench.

Do you think the Cavs can turn things around in enough time to make another championship run in this years playoffs?

The Cleveland Cavaliers will try and make NBA history on Sunday night by becoming the first team to win an NBA Championship after trailing a finals series 3-1.

The Cavaliers defeated Golden State by a final score of 115-101 in game six on Thursday night in Cleveland, thus forcing a do-or-die game seven in California.

Former league MVP Lebron James scored 41 points for the second game in a row, leading the Cavs to Thursday night’s lopsided victory over the Warriors.

Golden State’s best player and league MVP Stephen Curry fouled-out of game six and was then ejected by the referee , this after he threw his mouth piece in to the crowd.

Curry will not face a suspension for his actions, however he did receive a $25,000 fine from the league.

The Cavs came flying out of the gate in game six, taking an early 31-11 first quarter lead.

The Warriors only shot 29% from the floor in game six and will need to be much better if they hope to repeat as NBA Champions by winning game seven.

Game seven will take place Sunday night back in Golden State.
