The beef between current UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz and top contender Cody Garbrandt is getting personal ahead of their showdown at UFC 207 set for December 30 in Las Vegas.

“The Dominator” recently took to Instagram where he commented on a photo posted by Cody Garbrandt’s girlfirened. Check it out:

Cruz left the following message on Garbrandt’s girlfriends post:

Dominick Cruz: “Don’t get involved in big boy stuff little girl – ur just going to get yourself embarrassed… Just have the tissue ready for your boy toy when he loses, that’s your job!”

Obviously Cody Garbrandt did not take well to Cruz making comments directed at his girlfriend, so he fired back with the following:

Cody Garbradnt: “Dominick Cruz I’m going to cave your fucking skull in!”

Cody Garbrandt: “It’s funny you come on my girls site and talk shit but face to face you hide behind security and your punk ass coaches you’re a scared little bitch and your time is coming!”

Who do you think will emerge victorious when “No Love” and “The Dominator” square off December 30 in Sin City?

Earlier today news broke that current UFC interim light heavyweight champion Jon Jones had been removed from the UFC rankings.

Well two other former UFC title holders were also removed from the UFC ranking over the weekend, as both Brock Lesnar and Lyoto Machida are no longer listed.

Brock Lesnar defeated Mark Hunt via unanimous decision at UFC 200 last month, but shortly after the fight it was announced that “The Beast” had been flagged for an estrogen-blocker in prefight testing.

Meanwhile, former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida has finally been removed from the rankings. “The Dragon” had admitted to using a banned substance back in April.

A key middleweight bout will headline next month’s UFC Fight Night 70 event in Florida, as UFC officials recently announced that former UFC title holder Lyoto Machida will face surging contender Yoel Romero in the card’s main event slot.

UFC Fight Night 70 was originally slated to go down in Brazil, but will now take place June 27 inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Additionally, The Ultimate Fighter 21 Finale, which was expected to take place in Southern Florida, will instead go down July 12 in Las Vegas to finish up International Fight Week.

Lyoto Machida (22-6 MMA) was most recently seen in action at last month’s UFC on FOX 15 event, where he suffered a submission loss to former Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold. Prior to the setback, “The Dragon” was coming off a first-round TKO victory over C.B. Dollaway. The former UFC light heavyweight champion has gone 3-2 since making the drop to 185-pounds in October of 2013.

Meanwhile, Yoel Romero (9-1 MMA) will fight for the first time since his TKO victory over Tim Kennedy at September’s UFC 178 event. The “Soldier of God” was expected to face “Jacare” Souza at last month’s UFC on FOX 15 event in Newark, but was forced to pull out of the fight after suffering a knee injury in training. Romero has gone a perfect 5-0 while fighting under the UFC banner.

UFC Fight Night 70 takes place June 27 live from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The event is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 following the prelims which will likely show on UFC Fight Pass.
