The Los Angeles Rams have signed defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh to a one-year deal worth $14 million dollars according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.

The 31-year-old was released by his former team the Miami Dolphins at the start of free agency.

Suh had visited the Titans, Saints and Raiders prior to eventually signing with the Rams.

In LA, Suh will play alongside reigning defensive player of the year Aaron Donald.

Los Angeles made the playoffs last season under the leadership of star quarterback Jared Goff.

With the signing of Suh, it is clear that the Rams have Super Bowl aspirations for the 2018-2019 season.

The Minnesota Vikings made Kirk Cousins the highest paid player in the NFL on Thursday, signing the quarterback to a monstrous 3-year deal worth $84 million in guaranteed cash.

Cousins joins a Vikings team that went deep into the playoffs last season, which culminated in a disappointing loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship.

“I look forward to playing here,” Cousins said during his introductory news conference Thursday. “As [general manager Rick [Spielman] said yesterday, this is a lifetime deal. That’s the goal. Yes, it’s a three-year deal but the expectation is from both sides that we’d raise our kids here and if everything goes as planned that I’d be here a long, long time.”

Cousins will have plenty of weapons to choose from in Minnesota including receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. In addition, Kirk will be able to handoff the ball to dynamic running back Dalvin Cook in the 2018-2019 season.
